A Return to Real Food

Hi, I’m Morgan - hands and heart behind every loaf at Honey & Crumb! My journey with sourdough started three years ago as a simple curiosity and quickly became a passion. Since then, I’ve been experimenting, learning, and perfecting my craft—diving deep into the art and science of naturally leavened bread.

The inspiration for Honey & Crumb came from a trip overseas, where I experienced a different relationship with food—one built on transparency, quality ingredients, and time-honored techniques. Did you know that Europe bans over 1,300 food additives, while the U.S. restricts only a fraction of that? During my travels, I ate all the bread I wanted and felt energized, nourished, and satisfied—without the heaviness or discomfort I often felt back home. That experience sparked something in me. I wanted to bring that same sense of trust, quality, and connection to my own community.

At Honey & Crumb, we believe that carbs are not the enemy—they’re fuel! Good bread gives you energy for your workouts, adventures, time with your family, and all the moments that matter. Thanks to our 24-hour fermentation process, the gluten in our sourdough breaks down naturally, making it easier on digestion and full of nutrients your body loves. It’s bread the way it was meant to be: simple, nourishing, and made with care.

Beyond baking, you’ll find me working my 9-to-5 as a business analyst, hanging out with my two pups, Summit and Kodiak, catching a game, or exploring the mountains with my partner—whether it's snowboarding, mountain biking, or unwinding around a campfire with friends.
